야식대신 먹고있는데 플라시보 일수도 있겠지만 저는 상당히 만족스러운 결과가 생기고 있습니다 야식으로 음식이 먹고싶을때 이거 먼저 먹고나면 따로먹고 싶은생각이 없어집니다. 그리고 수면중 단백질이 보충 된다는것이 매우 매력적이라 생각하구요 . 느낌은 좀 가볍고 차가운 스프 느낌인데 상당히 만족스럽네요

자기전에 물 한 400정도에 두스푼 반이 적정량이라는데 타보시면 알겠지만 되게 꾸덕해요 쉐이크보다는 반죽같다 그래야하나? 마시는거야 쉐이크니까 그냥 꿀떡꿀떡 마시면되니까 편하구요.. 효과는 모르겠는데 다음날 아침까지 좀 배가 차있는 느낌이고 더부룩한감이 좀 있어요 그리고 자기직전에 먹고 자다보니 아침에 배변이 좀 힘들어진 느낌?? 아침에 장이 좀 답답한느낌
가성비 믿고 먹는 마프
스트로베리 크림으로 구매했습니다. 맛은 당연히 기대도 안하고 구매했는데 제입맛에 초코보다 스트로베리크림이 조금 낫네요. 물론 그냥저냥 먹을만한 수준 풀림은 밀크프로틴스무스보다 좋습니다. 그래도 MPC라서 그렇게 잘 풀리는 수준은 아닙니다. 역시나 맛때문에 4점이지만 가성비를 무시못하니 계속 마프만 먹을 것 같네요.
가성비 최강의 취침전 보충제
취침전 보충제를 먹는 이유는 장시간 단식으로 인한 혈중아미노산 레벨 저하를 막고 근합성을 촉진시키기 위함인데, 문제는 취침전 보충제 주성분으로 카제인 성분이 비싸다는것에 있습니다. 베드타임 익스트림은 카제인 기반의 MPC가 주축으로 들어 있고 여기에 매우 비싼 성분인 HMB가 3g이 들어 있습니다. HMB는 BCAA의 류신에서 나오는 놈으로 류신 100g당 5g밖에 안나오는 매우 비싼성분입니다. 주로 근손실 방지와 근합성에 기여한다고 알려져 있구요. 어쨋든 정리하면 비싼 성분들로 조합된 제품인데 이번에 균일가 이벤트하니 취침전 보충제 찾으시는 분들은 무조건 구매하시는게 좋습니다. 자세한 리뷰를 원하시면 아래 블로그에 가면 잘 나와 있습니다. http://blog.naver.com/gooe92/221074871477
